Wed’ze Ski Helmet PST 900

4.0 rating

I’m pretty convinced that in a blind test, this £50 ski lid would stand side by side with the very best competitors in its category.

Wed’ze call it ‘turnring’ – you’ll recognise a familiar fitting mechanism made famous in the snowboard boot sector, keeping this helmet firmly positioned without any adjustment throughout a day on the slopes. It’s a little larger than what I’m used to but is extremely light coming in at the same weight as say, a large croissant. It’s deceptively light in fact but still has all the mod cons you’d expect from a premium helmet – EPS construction, removable and washable lining, chunky enough clasp to manage easily without the removal of gloves (or mitts) and comes in five classy colours but the red I have on is no longer available.

Unbeatable in its class I would say.

Check it out on the Decathlon website here – sizing guide is spot on in our experience.
